早上发现一个很好玩的 FLUX Lora，可以生成动漫和现实混合的图片，有一种打破次元壁的感觉。

padphone 老师提了一嘴看看能不能做成视频我就试了一下，发现还真可以，而且效果还很好。
其实本身的流程不是很复杂，但是很多朋友问，就写一个短点的教程。
图片生成
图片生成用到了一个 FLUX Lora，可以在这里下载：https://tensor.art/models/784104747545264078/RealAnime-Detailed-V1
但是我要下载的时候发现出问题了，作者设置的需要捐赠才能下载，但是由于他的账号有问题网站又不让充钱捐赠他。
所以我们目前只能使用吐司海外站自带的图片生成工具来生成图片，点击页面的“运行”按钮就行，具体需要关注的参数主要是这几个。
另外提示写的时候需要加上触发词：illustration和 AniReal，另外提示词必须要提到动漫人物和现实人物混合在一个图像中。

我不知道在本地怎么样，在吐司线上生成的时候这个 Lora 确实问题比较大，成片率比较低，人物很容易崩坏。
不过作者说在重新训练过几天会在 Civitai 上上线希望到时候会好一些。
视频生成
视频生成就简单的多了，我试了一下目前只有海螺可以处理好画面中真实人物和动漫人物的物理表现。其他视频生成模型中的动漫人物在运动的时候会不可避免的 3D 化看起来非常违和。
比如这个在快餐店的动漫女孩我的视频生成提示词是：An anime girl in a real-world fast food restaurant, looking lovingly at the camera and posing her head cutely。
